Experteer Overview In this role you will ensure Leica Biosystems can offer a complete European portfolio by identifying third-party solutions where internal products fall short. You will manage the full lifecycle of third-party suppliers, ensuring compliance, competitive pricing, and proper documentation. You will bridge Sales, Tender/Bid, and Applications to translate customer needs into clear sourcing strategies, while maintaining a centralized supplier catalogue and driving continuous improvement across Europe, enabling faster, reliable diagnostics solutions.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Identify third-party solutions to complete the European portfolio when internal products do not meet customer needs
- Manage end-to-end third-party supplier lifecycle: identification, qualification, onboarding, contracting, performance monitoring
- Ensure third-party products are certified, compliant, competitively priced, and documented legally, regulatorily and technically
- Interface with Sales, Tender/Bid, Application Specialists and internal teams to translate customer needs into sourcing strategies




- Maintain a centralized catalogue of third-party products and suppliers with full traceability of contracts, certifications, pricing, master data and docs
- Support continuous improvement, market analysis, and category management to reduce risk, optimize costs, and harmonize processes across EMEAResponsabilidades
- MCIPS or equivalent professional procurement certification
- Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing or procurement, ideally in regulated industries (medical devices, IVD, life sciences)
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks for supplier contracting in medical/IVD space
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management
- Experience with supplier qualification/onboarding per structured corporate standards (Danaher DBS or equivalent QMS)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% in Europe and UK; valid driver’s license with clean recordRequisitos principales
