You'll be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers worldwide — assisting with betting, payments, and account queries via Live Chat, email, and phone . Your role will be all about providing solutions, guidance, and a world-class experience every time.
This is a full‐time position for someone adaptable, motivated, and ready to work in sync with the sporting calendar.

Requirements Native or fluent Danish, plus solid English communication skills (both written and verbal)

Strong computer literacy (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
Previous experience in a fast‐paced customer service environment is beneficial
