Job Responsibilities Client & Relationship Excellence Manage the sales process according to Company standards, ensuring operational accuracy in transactions, product handling, replenishment and store organization
Contribute to qualitative and quantitative store objectives through strong individual sales performance and active support to store KPIs




Client Relationship Building, Business & Operational Impact Build and maintain strong and long-term client relationships, leveraging CRM tools and client insights to drive loyalty, repeat business and personalized engagement
Provide high-level customer service throughout the client journey, including after-sales support, complaint management with supervisor guidance and follow-up on client requests
Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client satisfaction and engagement over time
Actively seek opportunities to improve client experience, personal performance and selling techniques
