Experteer Overview
As SAP Authorization Senior Consultant, you will support German customers with SAP user, role, and authorization management, ensuring security and compliance. You will design and optimize authorization concepts, guide customers on best practices, and contribute to global activities and AddOns enablement when needed. This role sits within our SAP Global AMS group, aligned to international standards and cross-country collaboration. You will drive audit readiness and high-quality service, shaping secure access for large, diverse client environments.

• Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations for German customers in line with security policies
• Design, maintain, and optimize SAP roles and authorization concepts
• Resolve authorization incidents and service requests efficiently
• Provide expert guidance on authorization best practices to customers and internal stakeholders
• Document changes and processes related to authorizations
• Participate in internal and customer audits (access reviews, segregation of duties, compliance checks)
• Prepare and validate audit evidence for user and role management
• Support customers in addressing audit findings and corrective actions




• Assist with SAP transport and deployment activities following deployment processes
• Engage in global tasks such as global objects maintenance and system maintenance support
• Contribute to enablement and support of SD Worx SAP AddOns
• Collaborate with international colleagues to align with global standards

Responsabilidades
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• More than 4 years of experience as a SAP Authorization Consultant
• Strong focus on user management, role/authorization design, and access governance
• Solid understanding of audit and compliance requirements for SAP authorizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
• Professional and confident communication with customers
• Willingness to collaborate in an international, global team
• Flexibility to support topics beyond pure authorization scope
