Experteer Overview
In this role you drive evidence-based feasibility assessments for global clinical trials, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable country-, site-, and patient-level recommendations. You will manage deliverables, present analyses to clients and internal stakeholders, and help advance the company’s feasibility capabilities. The role sits in the European team and can be fully remote across several European countries. A strong focus on scientifically driven decision-making and stakeholder communication anchors the work, with opportunities to shape processes and methods.

• Lead or contribute to feasibility assessments for client proposals
• Review protocols, assumptions, and operational plans for US/integral trials
• Conduct and synthesize analyses on epidemiology, site performance, patient pools, and treatment landscapes
• Translate evidence into clear country/site/enrolment recommendations
• Develop transparent rationales for assumptions and identify data limitations and risks
• Present methods, findings, and recommendations to BD teams, proposals, and clients




• Collaborate with internal/external partners to gather and interpret feasibility information
• Plan and analyze targeted site and investigator outreach as needed
• Contribute to development of feasibility methods, data sources, tools, templates, and best practices
• Share knowledge and support colleague development within the Feasibility team
• Work across functions, therapeutic areas, and geographies
• Contribute to initiatives strengthening the scientifically driven client offering

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline
• At least two years of relevant experience in clinical trial feasibility, clinical operations, site intelligence, epidemiology, clinical research, or related area
• Experience conducting or contributing to clinical trial feasibility analyses and site/country identification
• Ability to interpret clinical, scientific, epidemiological, and operational information to form clear recommendations
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
• Equivalent combinations of education, qualifications, and relevant experience may be considered
