Experteer Overview
As Food Safety Coordinator, you will support microbiology and food safety programs, lead risk assessments, and drive corrective actions. You collaborate with production and management to maintain site-wide safety standards and support GFSI compliance and customer safety requirements. You will perform audits, monitor EMP and CCP/OPrP records, and train staff on GMPs and HACCP. Your work helps foster a strong food safety culture and ensures safe product handling across the facility. This role combines hands-on program management with cross-functional teamwork to protect customers and the brand.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop, implement, and maintain plant food safety policies and prerequisite programs
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GFSI standards, and customer food safety expectations
• Conduct audits and reviews of EMP, sanitation, CCP/OPrP records, and allergen validations
• Identify and mitigate food safety risks; lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Train employees on GMPs, HACCP, hygiene, pest management, and related practices




• Oversee sanitation programs and provide input on SSOPs; supervise Sanitation Manager outputs
• Maintain accurate GMP compliance documentation and pest control records
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen food safety culture and safe product handling

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years in food safety with HACCP and EMP training
• Experience with GFSI standards, preferably FSSC 22000 or BRC
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with ISO systems and basic SPC tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Catalan, Spanish, and English
• Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, and delegation abilities
• Ability to move freely in the facility and access equipment areas
• Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, flexibility, and self-control in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to servant leadership and customer-focused culture
