To strengthen our corporate legal and financial governance, we are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Legal & Tax Specialist (Técnico/a Legal y Tributario) to join our Central Services headquarters in Marbella, Spain under a hybrid work model (Híbrido) .
In this strategic corporate role, you will support accounting and tax consolidations, draft individual and consolidated economic reports, manage corporate secretarial records, address tax authority inquiries, and coordinate cross-border legal structures with external counsel.

Fiscal Governance & Corporate Structuring Your primary goal involves safeguarding corporate legal integrity and optimizing tax compliance across all operating entities within the group. To achieve this, you will assist in financial and tax consolidation workflows while maintaining corporate legal documentation. At the same time, you will keep statutory records and regulatory filings strictly aligned with tax laws. Therefore, you will resolve operational tax issues, draft corporate board minutes, liaise with Spanish tax authorities, and coordinate with international external legal counsel. As a result, you will mitigate fiscal risks and protect our group's standard of corporate excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Tax Consolidation: Assist in the financial and tax consolidation processes across group companies and draft both individual and consolidated annual financial statements (memorias económicas).
