We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to end users across hardware, software, applications, printing, mobile devices, and telephony, helping ensure a smooth and efficient workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for PCs, laptops, phones, printers, smart devices, and digital scanners
Troubleshoot and support internal and external applications, including Microsoft products
Configure, build, and install hardware and software
Maintain desktop patching and antivirus updates
Set up meeting rooms, training rooms, and collaboration tools
Manage help desk tickets and update systems with relevant documentation
Support office moves, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and desktop migrations
Work with vendors and other IT teams to resolve issues
Support users across EMEA when required
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or end-user support roles.
Strong knowledge of PC hardware and a genuine interest in technology and end-user support.
Knowledge of Mac OS and Apple iOS is a plus.
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification is a plus.
Native level in Spanish. Advanced level of English, with minimum C1 proficiency.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users at different technical levels.
Proactive, service-oriented,
and solution-focused mindset.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with IT and other departments.
