As the Global Treasury Operations Manager, you will lead and continuously improve treasury operations on a global scale, ensuring efficient, compliant, and best-in-class performance across the organization. You will oversee critical treasury processes, maintain robust governance and controls, optimize treasury technologies, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness and support business objectives.

For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.

The Food

Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Where You'll Make a Difference

- Drive and optimize global treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash positioning, liquidity management, and settlement activities across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls that support a compliant and high-performing operating environment.
- Lead initiatives to enhance treasury systems, technologies,



and reporting capabilities, driving automation and operational excellence.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and external providers to improve treasury processes and strengthen operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, corporate governance requirements, and treasury risk management frameworks.
- Lead treasury-related projects, including technology implementations, process improvement initiatives, and merger and acquisition integration activities.
- Deliver insightful reporting and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and treasury performance monitoring.
- Build, develop, and mentor treasury teams, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Champion the adoption of treasury best practices and innovative solutions to strengthen service delivery, controls, and overall treasury effectiveness.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in treasury management, cash management, financial analysis, or related financial functions.
- Strong expertise in global treasury operations, cash management, liquidity structures, banking services, and treasury processes.
- Deep understanding of financial risk management, compliance frameworks, internal controls, and international treasury regulations.
- Experience working with treasury management systems, financial technologies, and reporting tools.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global and multicultural environment.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

How Would You Stand Out?

- Professional treasury or finance certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Associate Member of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience leading treasury transformation, system implementation, automation, or digitalization projects.
- Strong background supporting complex global organizations through acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
