Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for project management within the organization-level PMO or for key delivery projects, and promote the application of digital and intelligent project management.
- Organization-level PMO: Plan and drive the achievement of business objectives for key project portfolios; identify and drive the resolution of issues and risks; intervene in project exceptions; and drive the implementation of project control actions.
- Key project PMO: Project business management,



schedule management, cost management, inventory turnover management, communication management, project performance assessment and incentives, team management, and project operation support, etc.
- Support digitalized project management operations.

Experience/Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Able to use English as the daily working language.
- Familiar with the execution and operation models of international telecom engineering projects.
- Experienced in execution management of international communications engineering projects.
- PMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication and coordination, planning, organizing, and management skills.
- Proactive and conscientious, with a high sense of responsibility and strong execution ability.
- Keen interest in overseas cultures.
