Our client is a integral CDMO providing development and manufacturing services across antibody-drug conjugates, bioconjugation, sterile drug product and commercial supply. Following significant investment in its ADC and sterile manufacturing capabilities, the organisation is looking to appoint a Director of Strategic Accounts to manage and expand relationships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients across Europe. The position will take ownership of a portfolio of complex sponsor relationships spanning development, clinical supply, scale-up and commercial manufacturing. Key responsibilities: Develop strategic account plans for key biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients Build relationships across technical operations, manufacturing, procurement and executive leadership Identify opportunities to expand accounts across ADC, bioconjugation and sterile fill-finish services Lead governance meetings, commercial reviews and senior client engagements Coordinate internal technical, quality, legal, operational and commercial stakeholders Support RFPs, proposals, capacity discussions and contract negotiations Manage commercial risks,



client escalations and service-development opportunities Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and account-growth plans Monitor client pipelines, clinical milestones and future manufacturing requirements Represent the company at relevant partnering and industry events The successful candidate will have: Commercial or strategic-account experience within a CDMO Knowledge of ADCs, bioconjugation, sterile fill-finish or biologics manufacturing Experience managing complex, multinational sponsor relationships A track record of growing existing accounts and securing additional service lines Strong commercial-negotiation and stakeholder-management skills Technical credibility to work with development and manufacturing teams Fluency in English; additional European languages would be advantageous This is an opportunity to join a growing global CDMO and influence the development of strategically important client partnerships within a rapidly expanding market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
