In this role, you will drive architectural design, governance, and rollout delivery for complex ecommerce order‑management transformations across multiple regions.
You will assess current OMS landscapes, guide replatforming initiatives, and oversee the design of scalable integrations across commerce, marketplace, logistics, and customer‑service domains.
The position requires deep hands‑on expertise in OMS technology, cloud architecture, and enterprise integration standards.
Responsibilities
Lead OMS architecture design and oversee solution development for multi‑region commerce platforms
Conduct system assessments and define target architecture and transformation roadmaps
Design scalable order‑management flows covering order lifecycle, fulfillment, returns, and refund processes
Integrate OMS solutions with commerce platforms,
