* Acquiring new customers with high-value freight structures * Managing and expanding existing client relationships * Preparing proposals and leading commercial negotiations * Conducting on-site visits and presenting our services * Collaborating closely with internal teams in operations and product development * Translating customer needs into smart, scalable logistics solutions * Driving business growth and customer satisfaction What makes you special for us: Whether you have previous professional knowledge or are a career changer - you are very welcome here! * At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development within air & sea logistics * Completed commercial or logistics-related education * Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills * Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken * Organizational strength and confidence in negotiations * Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and Cargo
