As a Customer Service Consultant for the DACH and international markets, you will be responsible for creating excellent customer experiences and elevating our client success endeavours to new heights

- As a Customer Service Consultant for the Dach & International markets, you will mainly focus on supporting German, and English-speaking European customers.

You will be at the forefront of ensuring our client’s long-term satisfaction and success

- Your primary responsibility involves providing exceptional support, cultivating relationships, and driving growth within our diverse client base.

- Investigate and resolve system issues collaboratively with the product department
- Deliver efficient and effective customer support via email and phone channels
- Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty
- Offer creative solutions, handle objections, and de-escalate challenging client situations
- Address churn risks, cancellations, and payment-related queries

Prior experience in SaaS/software CS is preferred (this is not a call center position!)Proven problem-solving skills and a knack for finding solutions Tech-savvy, a critical and logical thinker[Hard requirement] Proficiency in written and verbal German (native or near-native level) and good written and verbal skills in English Structured, and organized, with good time management and attention to detail Confidence, adaptability, and a positive attitude0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role Important note: please do apply if you meet 70%+ of the criteria.
