About us

We are Dragons, a global creative agency working with bold brands to build cultural relevance, connection, and long-term impact through strategy-led creativity.

We bridge digital and creative thinking, developing innovative work across skincare, healthcare, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, and more. Our international teams in the US and Barcelona deliver results through smart strategy, sharp creativity, and meticulous execution.

About the role

As Generative Video Supervisor, you’ll shape how AI-generated and AI-assisted video is created, reviewed, and delivered across the agency.

You’ll be both hands-on and a team leader: creating premium, realistic video yourself, helping creatives and editors get the most from new tools, and setting the standards for what is — and isn’t — good enough to go to a client.

This is a role for someone with great visual taste, strong technical skills, and curiosity. You’ll work in a fast-moving space where there’s no fixed playbook yet — you’ll help build it.

You should be comfortable experimenting, challenging ideas, and knowing when AI is the right solution — and when traditional production, VFX, shooting or stock will deliver a better result.

Responsibilities

- Create premium generative video for real client projects, from concepts, pre-vis and B-roll to social content, transitions and footage extensions.
- Choose the right AI approach for each shot, working across text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video, restyling, extension and reframing.
- Set and maintain quality standards for realism, motion, lighting, texture, skin, hands, physics, temporal consistency and overall visual quality.
- Build consistent shots and sequences, maintaining characters, products, environments,

wardrobe and visual style across multiple generations.
- Develop reliable workflows using reference images, keyframes, structural conditioning, fine-tuned models, LoRAs and node-based or scripted tools such as ComfyUI.
- Make AI output production-ready, working with editing, compositing, colour, upscaling, denoising, interpolation and texture matching.
- Build reproducible and documented workflows, keeping track of prompts, models, parameters, inputs, versions and dependencies so approved work can be regenerated and adapted.
- Integrate AI into the wider production pipeline, working with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, FFmpeg, APIs and other tools.
- Evaluate new AI tools and models, testing them against real creative briefs and assessing quality, consistency, speed, cost, controllability and licensing.
- Share your knowledge and set the standard, training creatives, editors and producers and helping the wider team understand what AI can realistically achieve.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience creating generative video for real projects, ideally commercial or client work — not just personal experiments.
- A strong visual eye and the ability to recognise and explain artifacts, inconsistency, unnatural motion and anything that isn't client-ready.
- Experience creating consistent, realistic results across multiple shots and sequences.
- Strong understanding of generative workflows and reproducibility,

including models, seeds, parameters, conditioning and versioning.
- Experience with node-based or scripted workflows, such as ComfyUI or equivalent, and confidence experimenting with new tools.
- Solid post-production knowledge, including editing, colour, codecs, frame rates, colour spaces, compositing and delivery formats.
- Comfortable with FFmpeg, scripting (Python preferred), APIs and command-line tools.
- A practical understanding of AI limitations, copyright/IP, licensing, likeness and confidentiality, and when a different production approach is needed.
- Ability and enthusiasm to teach, document and build workflows that other creatives can use.

Languages

- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Any other languages are a plus.

What we offer

- Remote flex Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2.30 PM.
