At ROYAL ROOS, we specialize in translating customer requirements into practical and technically sound solutions. As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in every stage of the offshore projects, from initial concepts to detailed engineering.
What will you be doing?

Analyze project requirements and develop technically sound engineering solutions.
Perform structural calculations and engineering assessments in accordance with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements.
Develop and review Finite Element Analysis (FEA/FEM) models to verify the integrity and performance of structures and equipment.
Prepare technical reports, calculation notes, engineering studies, and supporting documentation.
Provide technical support to drafting personnel in the development of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Review drawings to ensure consistency with engineering calculations, design intent, and project requirements.
Interpret technical specifications, classification society requirements, and industry standards.
Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with company quality standards and corporate design guidelines.
Collaborate with senior engineers and other disciplines to achieve high-quality technical outcomes.
Who are we looking for?




We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer with:
Bachelor level thinking and working
5+ years of experience in a similar role (marine/offshore or related technical industry)
Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software
Able to perform initial structural assessments by analysing force transmission in structures
Knowledge of industry standards for steel detailing and fabrication
Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
A collaborative spirit and clear communicator, with the ability to work in a team stick to schedules.
