We are looking for a ICT SUPPORT ASSISTANT to join our ICT team in Molins de Rei, who will report to our ICT Technician.
What you will do
Receive L1 support requests and help with straightforward L2 issues, with support from more experienced colleagues when needed.
Talk with internal users, ask useful questions, explain progress clearly and follow up until the issue is closed or handed over.
Help prepare and support laptops, PCs, monitors, peripherals and common workplace applications.
Help with accounts, access, Microsoft 365, Notion, Jira Service Management and other business tools.
Carry out agreed checks and routine maintenance under guidance.
Record what happened in tickets and keep short, useful notes for the next person.
Investigate recurring problems, gather evidence and escalate them to senior ICT staff or vendors.
Support colleagues in Molins de Rei and, where practical, remote teams in other Nice Tech locations.
Learn more of the ICT environment over time and gradually take on tasks that match your skills.
Key Requirements
Studies or practical experience in IT,



computer science, electronics or a related area.
You are eager to learn, try things carefully and ask questions when you are unsure.
You enjoy helping people and can communicate patiently with internal users who may not be technical.
You are reliable, organised and willing to follow an issue through instead of only forwarding it.
Advanced level of Spanish and English.
Availability to work mornings.
Nice-to-Haves
Windows 11, Microsoft 365, accounts, permissions or device troubleshooting.
Basic networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP or VPNs.
Servers, virtual machines, storage, backups or restore checks.
Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, Notion or Jira Service Management.
Fortinet, Sophos, VMware, Veeam, CAD, SolidWorks PDM or SAP.
Linux, Git, Forgejo, containers, Dokploy or CI/CD.
Small automations using PowerShell, Python or shell scripts.
What do we offer?
Salary range: 750€ - 950€/month for a 50% part-time role.
