About the position
Our operations and testing team is responsible for performing field inspection flights and conducting office-based testing and validation of our robotic systems. This role combines hands-on drone operation with technical testing tasks that contribute directly to the reliability and performance of our autonomous flying platforms.
The candidate will participate in on-site inspection missions, collecting high-quality data in diverse environments, as well as in structured testing activities carried out at our Madrid office. A drone pilot license is highly desirable, as is a strong interest in the UAV sector. The position requires frequent travel, both nationally and internationally, for short operational deployments. Experience in drone assembly or basic hardware handling will be considered a plus.
Collaboration with engineers from other departments is expected to ensure accurate feedback from field operations and to support the continuous improvement of our technology.
Summary of the tasks
¿ Execution of field inspection flights in national and international locations.
¿ Conducting testing, validation, and data verification activities at the Madrid office.
¿ Preparation, calibration, and checking of drone equipment before and after missions.
¿ Assistance in basic drone assembly, maintenance, or integration tasks when required.
¿ Documentation and reporting of results, anomalies, and feedback from operations.
¿ Collaboration with engineering teams to improve system performance and operational workflows.
Qualifications and skills
¿ Drone pilot license or certification (highly desirable).
¿ Valid driving license and availability for frequent short-duration travel (national & international).
¿ Strong interest in drones, robotics, and field operations.
¿ Experience in drone assembly, hardware handling or maintenance (highly desirable).
¿ Ability to follow procedures, document results, and work in a structured environment.
¿ Creative and proactive problem-solving mindset, with solid teamwork and communication skills.
¿ Fluent English (minimum B2) and fluent Spanish skills are desirable.
