We are looking for a contractor for the basic renovation of a commercial space of approximately 130 m² in el rosario, marbella. The objective is a clean, modern and high-Quality basic finish, but this is not a luxury renovation. Furniture, interior design and decorative elements will be handled separately. Please provide an itemised quotation for the following works: 1. Flooring – approx. 130 m² * supply and installation of durable vinyl/spc flooring * light, warm natural oak look; no grey/cool tones * suitable for frequent use by children and adults * easy to clean and maintain * please propose a good, cost-Efficient option, e. G. From leroy merlin or comparable supplier * please state separately: * flooring material €/m² * quantity including required waste * installation cost * underlay, if required * removal/preparation costs, if applicable Please inspect the existing floor and confirm whether floor levelling is actually required. If potentially required, please quote this separately in €/m². Do not include levelling automatically in the base price. 2. Walls – approx. 185–190 m² * inspect existing walls and cracks * repair/fill existing cracks, holes and minor damaged areas where necessary * preparation and primer where required * paint all walls in a warm off-White/light neutral colour * some wall areas reach approximately 3.6 m height Please quote wall repairs separately from painting and specify what level of repair/work is included. 3. Ceilings – approx. 130 m² * preparation where required * painting of ceilings * ceiling heights vary: * approx. 80 m²: 3.6 m * approx. 50 m²: 2.0 m 4.



Skirting & finishing * supply and installation of suitable skirting boards * all necessary finishing around the new flooring * please specify materials and costs rather than using a general “miscellaneous materials” amount. 5. Bathroom Existing water and drainage connections are available. * installation and connection of 1 toilet * installation and connection of 1 washbasin Toilet and washbasin can be supplied separately by us. Please quote installation only. 6. General requirements Please include in the quotation: * labour and materials shown separately where possible * vat clearly stated * estimated duration of the works * earliest possible starting date * any additional work you believe is necessary listed separately as optional, not included automatically * removal/disposal of construction waste, if applicable * confirmation of what is explicitly not included The space is approximately 130 m². Floor plans and photos can be provided. Our priority is to achieve a good, professional basic finish at a sensible cost. We therefore welcome practical suggestions for reducing costs without compromising durability or the overall appearance.
