Fluencyin Spanishand English.

Strongknowledgeof Agile Methodologiesandprovenpracticalexperiencewith Kanbansystemsandflowmanagement.

Experiencewithtaskmanagementtoolssuchas Businessmapor Jira.

Solidunderstandingofflowmetrics(Lead Time,Cycle Time,Throughput,WIP)anddataanalysisforidentifyingopportunitiesforimprovement.

Strongsoftskillsinfacilitation,leadership,conflictmanagement,empathy,changemanagement,andinfluencewithoutformalauthority.
