Procurement Specialist | International Energy Project | Fluent English | Hybrid in Barcelona
Are you looking to take your procurement experience beyond transactional purchasing? In this role, you will contribute to an international project in the public and energy sector, where document accuracy, financial analysis and stakeholder coordination are essential.
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with experience in procurement, supply chain or contract-related activities who is ready to develop their expertise in a structured, multicultural and regulated environment. English will be the working language for meetings, documentation and day-to-day communication.

What you will do
Prepare and manage procurement-related documentation and data.
Carry out an initial review of tenders and verify compliance with procurement requirements.
Organise financial information to support the evaluation and negotiation of financial offers.
Analyse cash flow and monitor contractual payment schedules.
Ensure the correct organisation, traceability and archiving of documentation for audit purposes.
Prepare meetings, draft minutes and follow up on agreed actions.
Create, review and quality-check reports, presentations, letters and templates.
Coordinate information and activities with stakeholders across different teams and countries.
What we are looking for
University degree and at least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain,



contract management or related roles.
Confidence working with documentation, data and administrative processes requiring a high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, particularly when handling financial information.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent organisational, prioritisation and follow-up skills.
Strong communication, reporting and drafting abilities.
Fluent written and spoken English (minimum high B2 level), as this will be the working language for documentation, meetings and daily coordination.
Experience with document management, collaboration, reporting or workflow tools will be valued.
Previous experience in public administration, EU institutions or other regulated environments will be considered an asset.
