As a Consumer Sales Representative on our team, you will:

Key Responsibilities
Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
Articulate the HP Store value proposition and act as POC for HP customers
Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution
Fast and effective response and resolution of incoming customer enquiries regarding sales, products or additional services
Handle and close inbound customer queries to achieve quarterly quota
Outbound activities when necessary to recover orders or convert quotes or execute targeted campaigns.
Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs
Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
Maximize Store revenue by upselling/cross-selling to increase order value and AOV
Awareness of Online Store promotions and campaigns to maximize their success
Ensuring personal knowledge of the Store portfolio is maintained




Maintain good CRM hygiene and tracking by accurately tracking all events within the CRM

Requirements
Advanced level of English
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc)
Customer Driven and motivation to work in sales
Achievement and target oriented
IT knowledge and technical understanding
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Strong personal interest & curiosity in IT products and applications
Real capability to listen to customers
Ability to conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs
Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills

Nice to Have
Knowledge of IT solutions (cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, etc.).
Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLo
