As Product Onboarding Team Lead for the Italian market, you guide onboarding excellence within our Customer Experience function. You will recruit, coach, and scale a 6–7 person onboarding team to hit tenure and retention targets. You’ll implement strategies to shorten onboarding duration while boosting customer satisfaction and retention. The role combines leadership with hands-on optimization in a fast-paced, growth-focused company that values inclusion and talent development.

- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy for Onboarding Specialists
- Lead a 6–7 person onboarding team to achieve targets

Requisitos principales

- B2B SaaS experience
- Team Lead experience in a Customer Experience context with a track record in retention and onboarding
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong analytical and problem-solving xkdbapo abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for technology and customer service
- Knowledge of the HR industry is valuable
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
