This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for business growth, profitability, market expansion and customer success. You'll combine strategic thinking, technical expertise and commercial acumen to strengthen Sandvik's market position and deliver sustainable growth across the region.
Working closely with customers, sales teams and global stakeholders, you'll drive business performance,



introduce innovative solutions and help shape the future of Ground Support Division in one of the world's leading mining technology companies.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth & Business Performance
Own the Ground Support business across Sales Area SEMEC, including revenue, profitability, forecasting and market share growth.
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with regional and integral priorities.
Identify new opportunities, expand customer penetration and accelerate business performance.
Lead the successful introduction of new products and technologies.
Build Strategic Partnerships
Drive business development and growth initiatives across SEMEC countries.
