Your core daily tasks include:

- Assisting residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and postural changes according to established nursing protocols.
- Providing empathetic emotional support and encouraging residents' personal autonomy and participation in social activities.
- Serving meals, feeding residents who require support, and monitoring proper hydration throughout the day.
- Administering prescribed oral medication as directed by the nursing coordinator.
- Managing room upkeep, including making beds and collecting laundry.




- Supporting residents during transfers to daily therapies, appointments, and recreational activities.

Requirements for this position:
- Vocational training qualification in intermediate-level healthcare or nursing care (Cicle formatiu de grau mitjà).
- At least 3 months of relevant professional experience in eldercare or healthcare assistance.
- Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday through Sunday with corresponding scheduled rest days.
- Empathy, responsibility, and strong teamwork abilities in a care environment.

What this opportunity offers:
- A permanent full-time employment contract (indefinit).
- An annual gross salary of 22,000 EUR.
