Experteer Overview In this role, you will define and lead AI-assisted SDLC patterns across repositories and teams, focusing on robust analysis of OpenStack-derived services and progress toward secure, enterprise-ready AI development environments. You will establish human-in-the-loop controls, quality gates, and evidence standards for AI-generated outputs, while coaching engineers and coordinating with architecture, security, DevOps, and testing teams. You will produce senior stakeholder-ready artefacts outlining risks, service decomposition, and recommended engineering actions. This position offers the opportunity to shape how AI tools are integrated into secure, scalable software delivery at scale. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Define and drive AI-assisted SDLC patterns for repository intake, code exploration, service mapping, build diagnosis, and documentation. • Lead analysis of OpenStack-derived control-plane services, APIs, dependencies, and integration flows across multiple repos and teams. • Evaluate and operationalize AI development platforms and coding agents for secure enterprise use, including approved model stacks. • Establish human-in-the-loop controls, quality gates, prompt libraries,



reusable review patterns, and evidence standards for AI outputs. • Coach engineers and platform specialists on safe, effective AI tool usage, coordinating with architecture, security, DevOps, and testing teams. • Produce senior-stakeholder artefacts on transition risks, service decomposition, codebase maturity, and recommended actions. • Engage with market tools and SDLC platforms (ai development environments) such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, Continue, Cline, and VS Code extensions connected to approved model endpoints. • Utilize open-source/open-weight/Chinese models (e.g., DeepSeek Coder, Qwen, CodeGeeX, StarCoder, Code Llama, Mistral) within approved controls. • Work with agentic and SDLC workflow components (LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, evaluation loops, structured tool-calling patterns). • Operate engineering environments including GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, private registries, and terminal-native automation workflows.
