Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise French-speaking customers, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will drive proactive value, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure high customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and product adoption. You’ll promote new features and tailor sales plans, contributing to scalable, long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a value-driven, collaborative environment.
