Experteer Overview As a Custom Software Developer at Roche, you own and elevate complex software solutions, driving quality and challenging conventions. You mentor teammates, collaborate across functions, and align efforts with general strategy to improve the software delivery process. You’ll work within the Engineering Excellence u0026amp; Experience team to enhance enterprise tooling used by thousands of colleagues, including Jira, Confluence, and related platforms. This role offers impact through architecture, modernization, and AI-enabled tooling in a regulated environment. • Work across product/site level scope and address strategic technical challenges • Design and implement software solutions aligned with business objectives • Improve the software delivery process and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks Responsabilidades • Minimum 5 years of software engineering or IT platform experience • At least 3 years hands-on Atlassian administration (ideally Atlassian Cloud) • Hands-on software developer experience • Proven ability to drive small to medium initiatives • Experience as a technical mentor and public knowledge sharing • Deep Jira and Confluence knowledge; extensive Atlassian Cloud administration • Data Center experience and Data Center to Cloud migration considered a plus • Understanding of GxP and computer system validation (CSV) • Experience automating work (scripts, APIs, Jira automation) and using AI-assisted development tools • Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript; willingness to learn • Ability to design, deploy, and sustain software solutions • Strong cybersecurity practice and secure SDLC knowledge • Ability to address complex technical debt and architectural challenges • Knowledge of software quality management and metrics • Strong collaboration, initiative, and autonomy • Planning and estimating for small to medium tasks Requisitos principales •
