Provide incredible support to the clients by showing great reactivity in solving accounting-related questions they may have
Ensure that best-in-class service is given to customers
A passion for teamwork and collaboration - you'll be working with multiple teams on a regular basis and will help to build the Customer Success "brand" across our entire organization.
As a self-service product, the CS strategy has a huge impact on how the users onboard the product and bring more value to our users.
You are a Spanish native speaker but fluent in English




You have a Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or similar)
You have a strong knowledge of accounting and/or finance
You are a Digital Native
You are a friendly and social person
