Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a team of engineers to deliver reliable, secure, scalable and cost-efficient outcomes while shaping the team’s craft. You balance product delivery with operational health and technical improvement, connecting engineering work to customer and business priorities. You’ll align Cloud Operations and Product Engineering to optimize capacity and strengthen technical capability, delivering measurable outcomes. This hybrid position requires 3 days per week in the Barcelona office, offering an opportunity to influence both people and platform at scale.
