In this role you will strengthen the security, stability, and scalability of CoverWallet’s multi-site platform. You will partner with engineering and product teams to enable fast deployments and reliable operations. You’ll shape infrastructure, implement observability, and drive automation to support a high-growth environment. This is a chance to contribute to a leading InsurTech platform with global reach and a strong emphasis on DevSecOps and data-driven decisions.

• Implement and maintain metrics collection, log management, and service health checks
• Conduct system design, capacity planning, and cost optimization
• Triage production issues and deliver blameless postmortems
• Enable fast, reliable configuration changes and deployments for Engineering and Product teams
• Implement artifact lifecycle policies and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and maintain operational tooling to accelerate the engineering team





Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in infrastructure and software engineering environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to write software to solve problems
• Experience with bottlenecks analysis and scalability improvements
• Open contributor, collaborator and team player
• Solid Computer Science fundamentals (OS, Networking, Storage)
• Experience in platform enforcement and external attack protection
• English proficiency
• Ruby and/or JavaScript experience is a plus
