Experteer Overview
In this role you own the EU AMZL Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) and lead the DCR-DCI pipeline from idea to adopted standard. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams across the EU, benchmarking EU standards against top regions and driving value engineering to improve cost and quality. You’ll translate general best practices for EU operations and interact with senior stakeholders to ensure rigorous, timely delivery. Expect extensive cross-regional collaboration and up to 40% travel to engage sites and align programs.

• Lead design change governance across stakeholders, including documentation, review, and approvals
• Drive value-engineering and cost-reduction initiatives using benchmarking methodologies

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience as Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, Owner’s PM, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations for the region
• Fluent in one of: French, Spanish, German, or Italian (preferred)
