As a Senior Global Product Owner, you will lead a strategic digital service product end-to-end, blending hardware, cloud backend, and user frontends. You’ll shape the vision, roadmap, and business case, while coordinating go-to-market activities across markets. You’ll drive a scalable product organization through cross-domain collaboration and data-driven decisions. This role offers impact at scale in a leading mobility and elevator technology company, with a clear move toward product-led delivery.

• Own product vision, roadmap and narrative across hardware and software cycles
• Lead strategic prioritization and backlog in tandem with the Technical Product Owner
• Scale the product into new markets and use cases while protecting scope
• Build and defend market-specific business cases and investment rationales
• Manage stakeholder relationships across regions and domains, handling escalations
• Transform project-driven approach into a repeatable, roadmap-driven product organization
• Coordinate go-to-market enablement with field, training and BU teams
• Provide hands-on product management throughout strategic and operational levels




• Ensure MVP discipline and protect standardization against excessive customization
• Drive data-driven decisions and performance metrics to prioritize investments

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in product management, program leadership, or consulting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience with digital or hybrid (HW+SW) products and international rollouts
• Strong backlog ownership, roadmap management, and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-regional and cross-domain stakeholders without direct authority
• Fluent English; technical understanding of cloud, APIs, IoT, or embedded systems
• Experience with product transformation initiatives and scalable processes
• Commercial mindset with ability to defend business cases and investment rationale
