As Global Commercialization Manager, you will drive consistent launch success for Agilent CrossLab Group products, leading end-to-end go-to-market for new and existing portfolios. You’ll manage multiple launches, ensure alignment with market needs, and enable cross-functional teams to drive growth. You will shape commercialization strategy, governance, and KPIs while partnering with product management, marketing, sales, and enablement. This role offers a chance to impact global product introductions and optimize the commercialization playbook.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and implement commercialization plans for new life science products aligned with company goals
• Lead multiple launch projects with timely execution per the commercialization playbook
• Drive governance to standardize processes across ACG
• Coordinate commercialization milestone meetings to secure pricing and forecast commitments
• Hold cross-functional teams accountable to the planning process and launch timelines
• Train Product Managers on go-to-market processes and provide consultation
• Align PM, marketing,



field sales, and enablement for successful NPI launches and ramp to volume
• Partner with Solution unit teams to craft content and insights for new product introductions
• Establish KPIs, analyze launch performance, and drive data-driven improvements
• Contribute to Launch Excellence CoE and improve the commercialization playbook

Responsabilidades
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Experience working in cross-functional teams across geographies
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation for strategic decisions
• Familiarity with life sciences industry requirements and standards
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; 8+ years in related areas (Product Marketing, Sales Channel, Commercial Marketing, or cross-functional leadership)
