As a Senior Architect, you will lead end-to-end technical solutions for complex platform engineering projects, shaping both development and execution platforms. You will coordinate internal and external teams to deliver secure, high-performance cloud architectures and SDLC improvements, aligning with client needs and quality standards. You drive DevOps, CI/CD, and GitOps strategies, and mentor teams toward agile practices and reusable assets like Internal Developer Platforms. • Define optimal technological solutions for platform engineering projects (development platform, execution platform, SDLC)
• Evaluate, select and adopt technologies to improve the software development cycle
• Ensure solutions meet quality, safety and efficiency standards of T-Systems and customers
• Lead software development teams and promote agile practices for coding, integration and deployment
• Monitor code quality, performance, scalability and security

• Extensive experience in technical leadership of client projects with complex Cloud architectures
• Deep specialization in Platform Engineering (execution platform, SDLC, DevOps, security, observability)
• Ability to design end-to-end technological solutions and lead implementation
• Experience coordinating internal and external development and architecture teams
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and best practices for coding, integration and deployment
• Strong focus on code quality, performance, scalability and security
• Experience defining DevOps and CI/CD strategies (GitOps)
• Ability to create reusable deployment assets (IDPs) and accelerate client deployments
• Strong collaboration with development, operations and security teams
• Proven ability to manage technical risks and propose innovative solutions
• Customer-facing advisory skills and ability to validate solutions with clients
