Experteer Overview
In this role you will advance SAP HCM and ECP implementations for Nordic payroll processes in an international, innovative setting. You will work with cross-border clients and fellow consultants to transform HR and payroll operations using SAP solutions. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle and support go-lives, delivering measurable value. This is an opportunity to deepen expertise in Nordics payroll, grow within a integral SAP practice, and contribute to complex HR transformations.

• Participate in the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support
• Work with experienced consultants to deliver SAP HCM and ECP projects for Nordics payroll

Responsabilidades
• Experience with Nordics Payroll (minimum 5 years)
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Professional proficiency in English
• Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• Nice to have: SAP Time Management
• Nice to have: SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications
