As a Portuguese-speaking TAM in AWS Enterprise Support, you guide strategic customers through their cloud journey, expanding their knowledge of AWS products and driving business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, run workshops, and review architectures, while mentoring and supporting professional growth. The role sits in the Energy and Utilities sector, emphasizing advisory leadership, operational health, and cost-efficiency. You help customers innovate at scale and impact their strategic goals.
