If you are passionate about fashion, accessories and product development, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting Project Managers across different collections and special projects. You will contribute to sample launches, cross-functional coordination and the follow-up of key deadlines throughout the development process.
Your role will be:
- Support Project Managers in the development of Show FW27, Pre-Collection SS28/FW28, Paula’s FW28, Special Projects and Capsules.
- Support the sample launching process and follow up with suppliers and Design throughout development.
- Coordinate sample deliveries and ensure they are available on time for fittings.
- Follow up on sample development from initial concept to final piece.
- Keep PLM updated within Accessories categories, including codes, technical files and pictures.
- Coordinate information and follow-up across Design, Merchandising, Production and other key departments.
- Track project milestones, timelines and deadlines throughout the sample development process.
- Support the organization and sharing of materials, documentation and technical information with the relevant teams.
- Help identify and solve potential delays or bottlenecks during the development process.
- Gain an understanding of collection structure and the different phases of sample development.
What you need for the role:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree or master's programme, preferably in Fashion, Design, Product Development, Fashion Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- An interest in fashion, accessories and product development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to follow up on deadlines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and an agile mindset.
- A team player with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English.
