As an Account Manager Intern, you will work alongside experienced Account Managers, supporting the management and growth of affiliate programs while developing valuable skills in client services, digital marketing, data analysis, and partner relationship management.

About the Role

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience within our Account Management team. You will support the day-to-day management of advertiser accounts, assist with reporting and campaign coordination, and learn how affiliate marketing programs are planned, executed, and optimized.

Throughout the internship, you will receive training and mentoring from experienced team members and gain exposure to both advertiser and publisher relationship management.

Role Responsibilities

- Support Account Managers in the day-to-day management of advertiser accounts.
- Assist in preparing performance reports, presentations, and client updates.
- Monitor affiliate program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help coordinate promotional activities, campaign launches, and creative updates.
- Support publisher recruitment and relationship development activities.
- Assist with data extraction, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and internal records.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity within the ecommerce and affiliate marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client objectives.




- Participate in client meetings and internal training sessions to develop account management skills.

Role Requirements

Essential

- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or a related field.
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.
- Native or fluent Spanish and good written and spoken English.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, ecommerce, and performance marketing.
- Good analytical skills and interest in working with data.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desirable
- Previous internship or academic experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, advertising, or customer service.
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing or performance marketing channels.
- Experience using reporting or analytical tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Additional language skills.
