MediaMint is looking for an Ad Success Representative to support an esteemed client in the digital advertising space. This high-impact role combines strategic account management, campaign operations, and client partnership.

What you’ll do:

- Manage 3–4 client partners and build strong, trust-based relationships
- Lead weekly client check-ins and provide proactive recommendations
- Coordinate with Ad Operations to manage campaigns, tickets, and QA
- Support Direct IO, Programmatic, and Self-Serve campaign processes
- Analyze campaign performance and turn metrics into actionable insights
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to improve workflows

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Ad Ops, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication, analytical,



and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, and customer support platforms
- Ability to manage complex workflows and shifting priorities
- Experience in digital advertising is a plus
- Proficiency in Italian / French / Spanish and English
