The RoleAs a Principal Business Consultant in our Quality Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Practice supports global Operations teams in delivering safe and effective products efficiently to more patients. We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products. What You'll DoProject Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC's largest and most complex integral projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teamsStrategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for the Quality Practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practiceThought Leadership:



Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Quality to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life SciencesCustomer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C‐suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva's data and software to solve their most critical challengesRequirementsExperience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagementsExpertise: Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscapeLeadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationshipsEducation: Bachelor's degree or higherNice to HaveKnowledge of Veeva productsExperience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutionsInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
