THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE

You call buyers who wrote to us because they want a flat in Palma. You get there first, ask the right questions and book the next step. You are paid for every stage you complete.

There is a fixed part and an uncapped variable, employed or freelance.

- THE MONEY

· €24,000–80,000 OTE year 1 (estimated, not guaranteed). OTE is what you earn in a year at target: fixed plus variable.

· Fixed + uncapped variable, for employees in Spain and for freelancers.

· Commission for every stage you complete: first qualification, then discovery.

· We show you the fixed part and the commission per stage, with numbers, in the interview, for full-time and part-time.

If a fixed salary is what you mainly want, this role is not for you: here, the stages you complete change your year.

- WHAT YOU SELL, AND TO WHOM

Isleño Island Homes buys flats with potential in Palma, renovates them with its own design system and sells them turnkey, from €300,000 to €500,000. We are not an agency: sourcing, construction, design, marketing and sales work under one roof.

Most buyers are international: entrepreneurs who work remotely and want to live where other people go on holiday. Wanting is not buying, and finding out if it fits is your job.

- YOUR WORK, IN PLAIN WORDS

· You call within minutes, not hours: whoever calls first wins the conversation.

· Before you offer anything,



you ask why they buy, by when, with what budget and who else decides.

· If it fits, you book the meeting. If it does not fit, you say so.

· You follow up until a clear yes or no, by phone and by message.

· You write down every conversation for the person who works with the buyer next.

· You work with our script and make it your own: the structure is ours, the conversation is yours.

· You do not need to know real estate: we teach you the product and the method. You already know the phone.

- THREE LEVELS AND A PATH
- Setting: the qualification call, from day one.
- Discovery: the session to get to know the buyer, once you master the first level.
- The full process: when you are very good at this, you take the deal to the close, with the help of a closer in Mallorca.

And if you want to lead, you can also grow into leading the team.
- WHAT THIS JOB IS NOT

· Not customer service. If calling people who do not expect you, or asking for the next step, is hard for you, this is not your place.

· Not looking after contacts for months. A three-month maybe is not a lead: it is an open task.

· Not a laptop on the beach. Remote means your desk, your calls and your numbers.

· Not improvising every call. If you only want to improvise, this is not your place.

- WHAT YOU BRING

· Two of these three languages at C1 or higher: Spanish, English, German. They are the core of the job, not an extra.

· Sales results you can show, with numbers, by phone or door to door. Any sector: insurance, phone plans, energy, alarms, ad space.

· Employed in Spain or freelance from the EU, full-time or part-time.
