Role Overview

We are looking for a Barcelona-based Performance Marketing Specialist to manage global paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. You will leverage ChatGPT and AI workflows to optimize ad copy and creatives at scale.

Required Experience: Demonstrated history running international campaigns for drone technology (Dazz Drones) or creative media tech agency environments (NS Ventures India).

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Channel Paid Ads: Plan, launch, and optimize integral performance campaigns on Meta Ads (FB/IG), Google Search/PMax, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Video.
- AI-Driven Copy & Testing: Use ChatGPT to generate, scale, and localize high-converting ad copy, headlines, and target audience hypotheses.
- Tracking & Analytics: Set up Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and custom UTM frameworks to track cross-border ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
- Creative Strategy:



Turn raw video assets—including drone footage and tech demos—into short-form ads tailored to international markets.

- Key Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years managing global paid ads, specifically within tech, drone applications (Dazz Drones), or agencies (NS Ventures India).
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and ChatGPT workflows.
- Location: Must be located in or near Barcelona for regular hybrid office work.
- Languages: Professional English (Spanish or other languages a plus).
