Customer Service Team, leader will lead and develop a team of customer and consumer service representatives, ensuring high service standards and strong operational performance. The role focuses on team management, KPI and SLA monitoring, performance improvement, escalations and collaboration with Quality and senior operational stakeholders. The position also supports training,

reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Work schedule:

Mon-Fri 09 AM 6 PM In short: Team, leadership + Customer Service,

Consumer Experience. Would you fit? We're looking for someone with native or near-native level of Danish, previous experience managing customer service teams, fluent Chinese and English, spoken and written, experience with customer service processes and best practices, ability to analyse KPIs and performance data, salesforce or CRM experience, and strong communication and feedback skills.
