An opportunity for a Data Analyst has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join our Data & Analytics Team, acting as a key interface between business functions, our data ecosystem, and requested solutions. The team is multidisciplinary and focused on driving a data-driven mindset across the organization.

SKILLSEducation: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics,



Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. Proven experience in data analysis, data preparation, and working with complex datasets. hypothesis testing, Monte Carlo simulations, expected values, standard errors, Central Limit Theorem, confidence intervals).Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python/R, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikSense, or similar software). Excellent communication and storytelling skills, high adaptability to work in a networking mode, coaching mindset, and ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.

Languages: Advanced level in English.

Experience within the aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing sectors; knowledge of big data technologies or advanced machine learning models. Hybrid model of working when possible. Collective transport service subject to working calendar/home location.
