We are looking for a Data Scientist who will be free to utilize the latest technologies to solve challenging problems, create innovative machine learning processes from the ground up, deploy them into production on our AWS server, and develop the tools for monitoring them. We are a mature and tight-knit data science team looking to add another top-shelf team member ready to make a difference in the automotive industry.

Scientist will build models that go into production and directly impact our core products. What You'll Be Doing in This Role: Immersing yourself daily in automotive industry dataBuilding and deploying advanced AI/ML and classical regression modelsConducting advanced model evaluation and optimizationDocumenting machine learning processesLeading and managing complex end-to-end data science projectsCollaborating closely with technology and engineering teams to improve existing processes and build out new onesWorking with the product team to develop the analytics that will power new productsApplying expertise in advanced feature engineering and AI/ML model buildingLeveraging mastery of Python/R and SQL for advanced data manipulationApplying in-depth knowledge of Snowflake other machine learning frameworksCreating visual reports in Tableau for internal and external clients that summarize findingsSharing ideas within the team to build the best predictive algorithmsConducting ad-hoc data analysis and reportingQualification of this Role: At least 8 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Graduate degree overall, that includes4+ years of working with large datasets4+ years of working with statistical programming software (Python/Spark preferred, R and SAS are a strong plus)4+ years of working with database software (MS SQL, Snowflake, or MySQL)Ability to communicate technical processes to a lay audiencePresentation experienceCuriosity and passion for solving problems with dataNice to Have: Experience with automotive market dataProfessional expertise deploying cloud-based ML Ops systemsExperience using Claude in ML or Data Science projects.
