To strengthen our Delivery & Technical Sales Team, we are looking for a talented and motivated Delivery Specialist & Project Leader to join us in Madrid.

Your Role

As a Delivery Specialist & Project Leader, you will work closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, implement solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, helping customers achieve their integration goals while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand, analyze, and document customer requirements and use cases.
- Provide technical consultancy and implement customer use cases using Primeur and IBM software solutions.
- Install, configure, and deploy Primeur and IBM products according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams throughout project execution.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement by collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with Product Management and Development teams.
- Support customers in adopting best practices and maximizing the value of Primeur solutions.





Required Skills & Experience

- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role involving software implementation, consulting, or technical project delivery.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, system administration, shell/batch scripting, process analysis, troubleshooting, and system health monitoring.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts, including IP addressing, ports, routing, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- IBM MQ
- IBM DataPower
- IBM App Connect
- IBM API Connect
- IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration
- Basic programming knowledge and strong scripting skills in at least one scripting language.
- Basic knowledge of application clustering and High Availability (HA) architectures.
- Understanding of API technologies and standards, including REST and SOAP.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS), including tables, queries, and database administration concepts.
- Understanding of key security concepts and protocols such as SSL/TLS.
- Working knowledge of file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.




- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of streaming and event-driven integration platforms such as Kafka or Confluent.
- Familiarity with workflow management systems and process modeling methodologies.
- Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise data integration platforms.

Annual gross salary: €40,000 - €50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
