As EMEA Adobe Technical Presales Specialist, you support the Adobe sales team from the EMEA Center of Excellence for Data, AI and Applications, delivering expert technical guidance and solution design. You collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to define solutions and materials (like Bill of Materials) and demonstrate value through proofs of concept, demos, and tech webinars. You will pursue vendor accreditations and maintain strong technical contacts to drive sales activity.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Collaborate with sales to design and configure vendor solutions and BOMs to meet customer needs
- Maintain high-quality service and meet defined SLAs
- Translate product and technology details for internal and external audiences
- Address inquiries from sales, vendors, and resellers




- Keep up-to-date with vendor technical knowledge and obtain accreditations
- Support the Business Solution Centre to boost sales activity and partner utilization
- Deliver presales support including proofs of concept, demonstrations, and technical webinars to stakeholders

Responsabilidades

- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role with Adobe products
- Fluent in French and English
- Proven knowledge of Adobe product and technology portfolio
- Strong written and verbal xugodme communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, planning and prioritization abilities
- IT industry knowledge around channels, vendors and competition is desirable depending on seniority
