As Corporate Counsel III, you provide high-quality legal guidance to the EMEA Enterprise business, focusing on commercial contracts and regulatory matters. You collaborate across time zones with general commercial, legal, and compliance teams to manage merchant risk analysis, contract drafting, and negotiations. You help shape the in-house legal function, promote governance consistency, and deliver legal education to the business. This role offers a global reach within a leading payments company and exposure to regulated industries and high‑risk verticals.

• Deliver legal training to the business
• Engage with external counsel on regulatory matters
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the business and with cross-border teams

Responsabilidades
• Incisive, reliable, and commercial legal advisory skills
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building
• Interest in payments services regulation and applying laws to complex structures
• Ability to perform merchant risk analysis and understand global laws/regulations
• Broad corporate and commercial experience
• Solid understanding of contract law and core legal concepts
