Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a French-speaking Technical Sales Representative to join our Business Development team supporting clients across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for businesses exploring cloud-based solutions. You will identify new sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the most suitable technical solutions through outbound calls and emails.

You will work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, helping organizations improve collaboration, accelerate workflows, and adopt modern technologies.

As part of the Sales Development team, you will proactively engage with hundreds of businesses, qualify their technical requirements, and direct them to the appropriate sales path. This is a phone‑based role with a strong focus on outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly Key Performance Metrics and maintain high daily/weekly activity levels




- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high‑potential prospects (new business + upsell)
- Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage potential customers
- Educate customers on available solutions and value propositions
- Conduct daily outbound calls and emails (primarily cold calling)
- Engage C‑level decision makers, build rapport quickly, and assess business needs
- Identify pain points, gather technical requirements, and match them with appropriate cloud solutions
- Build value for the next steps in the sales cycle
- Update and maintain customer and prospect data in the CRM
- Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities
- Work toward individual and team KPIs (productivity, conversion, pipeline)

Requirements
- BA/BS degree (technical degree preferred)
- C2 French and C1 English
- Minimum 3 years of B2B outbound sales or business development experience in the IT industry
